Shipping & Returns
- Shipping is same day for orders placed before noon eastern. All orders placed after 12pm, go out the next day.
- We make every effort to keep shipping costs down, and occasionally your order will ship through a different carrier than you selected.
- Ordering more than one bag of coffee at a time will usually lower your shipping cost per bag. Three bags will fit into a USPS MEDIUM SIZE FLAT RATE BOX, if you are shipping a longer distance, this may be a good choice.
- Most packages go FEDEX, as we have found them to be the most economical.
- If you received incorrect or defective items in your order, give us a
call, and you will receive a return shipping label, and your original
order will be re-shipped, no charge.
